By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are age 13 and older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 or otherwise do not have the authority to enter into agreements such as these Terms & Conditions, you represent that your legal guardian, or a holder of parental responsibility, has reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you access the services from any social networking sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, you agree to comply with their Terms of Service as well as these Terms & Conditions.

You’re not allowed to sell, distribute, copy, or modify any part of the Ace Piggy app and or Cornucopiae Games LLC trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to extract the source code of the Ace Piggy app, and you also shouldn’t translate the Ace Piggy app into other languages or make derivative versions. The Ace Piggy app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Cornucopiae Games LLC.

Cornucopiae Games LLC is committed to ensuring that the Ace Piggy app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, Cornucopiae Games LLC reserve the right to make changes to the Ace Piggy app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. Cornucopiae Games LLC will never charge you for the Ace Piggy app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Ace Piggy app stores and processes personal data that you have provided Cornucopiae Games LLC, to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the Ace Piggy app secure. Cornucopiae Games LLC, therefore, recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, that can compromise your device’s security features and it could mean that the Ace Piggy app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Cornucopiae Games LLC will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the Ace Piggy app will require it to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Cornucopiae Games LLC cannot take responsibility for the Ace Piggy app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. This also includes third-party services that are included with the Ace Piggy app as Cornucopiae Games LLC does not have direct control over third-party services and social media. You are free at any time to delete the Ace Piggy app from your device. Cornucopiae Games LLC does not warrant any kind of damage that your device or the user may experience from the use of the Ace Piggy app. The Ace Piggy app is presented “As Is” and will not take any responsibility for any damages incurred from the use of the Ace Piggy app. Cornucopiae Games LLC encourages you to use the Ace Piggy app only when free from all other distractions.

If you’re using the Ace Piggy app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your Terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Ace Piggy app, or other third-party charges. In using the Ace Piggy app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Ace Piggy app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the Ace Piggy app, please be aware that Cornucopiae Games LLC assumes that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the Ace Piggy app.

Along the same lines, Cornucopiae Games LLC cannot take responsibility for the way you use the Ace Piggy app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Cornucopiae Games LLC cannot accept responsibility.

Concerning Cornucopiae Games LLC’s responsibility for your use of the Ace Piggy app, when you’re using the Ace Piggy app, it’s important to bear in mind that although Cornucopiae Games LLC endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, Cornucopiae Games LLC does rely on third-parties to so that Cornucopiae Games LLC can make certain functions available to you. Cornucopiae Games LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Ace Piggy app.

At some point, Cornucopiae Games LLC may wish to update the Ace Piggy app. The Ace Piggy app is currently available on Android (and for any additional systems Cornucopiae Games LLC decide to extend the availability of the Ace Piggy app to) and may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Ace Piggy app. Cornucopiae Games LLC does not promise that it will always update the Ace Piggy app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version (and for any additional systems Cornucopiae Games LLC decide to extend the availability of the Ace Piggy app to) that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, Cornucopiae Games LLC may also wish to stop providing the Ace Piggy app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless Cornucopiae Games LLC tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Ace Piggy app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Added Features and Changes!!!

(Please remove any older copies of the Ace Piggy app before installing Ver. 1.17.8 as new data values were added to the Local Scoreboards to give you more information on your saved scores on your Local Scoreboards!)

Caravan Mode allows Ace Piggy to fire Fruit Traps that lure more and more vultures. You have 5 minutes to do so and rack your score as high as you can within the time provided!
Old School Mode plays like an old school game, 3 hits and you’re out with the ability to gain extra hits if you earn enough points. Your grade depends on the length of time played, KOs, etc.
Regular mode is now entitled Classic Mode in which still plays the same as the original.
New Achievements have been added as well with new leaderboards for the Caravan and Old School Modes!
Local Scoreboards have been revamped with 2 extra initial spots and extra characters.
Local Scoreboards now track the amount of KOs you received in that playthrough with the high score. (Unfortunately, World Leaderboard only keep track of your scores- you can still share snapshots of your Local Scoreboards on social media if your take screenshots and share them- each device is different so make sure you read up on how to do that if you want to share Local Scoreboard screenshots on your favorite social media platform!)
Local Scoreboards also keep the number of Waves in Classic, Traps in Caravan, and Grade in Old School.
Better vulture A.I. – Valencia slows down when approaching Ace to get a better aim with her stinky Onions!
Better vulture A.I. – Vaughany’s to jump is more accurate to stomp on Ace and his friends!
Better vulture A.I. – Vinny has a tighter circling flight pattern as he gets faster!
Scoring is now simplified as before scoring was based on what kind of attack was used to KO a vulture.
There are now Scoring Menus that let you know the base point value for each vulture based on the Mode you are playing. (Regular Attacks and Cornucopia Boom KOs have different point values so make sure you release the Cornucopia Boom as often as you can to score 10 times the regular attacks!)
“Ace Piggy’s Foods for Thought” were edit or removed as some were irrelevant, repeating, or did not fit with the Ace Piggy theme which is- positive affirmations!
Ace Piggy resolutions have increased to fit the newer mobile devices and deliver crisper graphics.
The tree graphics were recreated to give them a more scenic forest look. This includes maple trees and different pine types along with other small graphic improvements to the entire game.
Other minor tweaks and fixes were made to make the game more balanced and corrected.
